Join us for some gentle movement & breathwork before floating away on a soundbath of restoring sound and vibration. Let's reset our nervous systems in our collective power and joy! Center your breath, clear your mind - let's co-regulate! 

100% of proceeds will go to the Immigrant Defense Network (MN) and CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights LA) to support their work in defending our immigrant neighbors here in LA and in MN.  $25-45 suggested donation.
